We are proud of our 30 plus years of experience providing financial institutions with printed products and services. Our objective has always been to provide quality forms, envelopes, brochures, newsletters, reports (quarterly & annual), labels and other business communications products to all our customers, big and small.

Today Central Forms' client base expands beyond financial institutions to include all business demographics. Central utilizes 110,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space and employs 110 people.






QUALITY AND SERVICE are keynote words in our organization. It is around these words that we have successfully built our business over the past years.

Internally, we have instituted a series of Quality Control procedures to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to allow Central Forms Supply to maintain a cost efficient operation. Our computerized ordering and reporting system has been customized to co-ordinate the intricacies and complexities of the production process. Our fully integrated system links all our departments to create a streamlined flow that eliminates duplication and reduces chance of error.






We at Central Forms Supply consider ourselves to be a "TOTAL SERVICE" company, providing our customers with a complete line of business related paper based products and services.

Our presses manufacture "traditional" business forms, and also a variety of other print products such as envelopes, brochures, direct mail pieces, annual reports, advertising, and contracts. In addition, we offer such products as letterhead, business cards, labels (stock and custom), presentation folders, file folders and much more.






"KEEPING THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION OPEN" has been an often heard phrase over the years. It is our experience that there is nothing more frustrating to a customer than to place a printing order, be assured of a specific delivery date, and then be left to wonder if your supplier is going to keep their commitment.

At Central Forms Supply, we feel that it is important to keep our valued customers advised of the status of each order as it proceeds through our manufacturing facilities. This is considered an ESSENTIAL SERVICE for all orders and especially those orders that have a specific urgency attached to them.






The effect of everyday living on our environment is a major issue that has no borders. At Central Forms, we share that concern and have implemented several solutions to assist our environment.

We recycle waste paper from our presses. Additionally, we have converted to canola-based inks, which are environmentally friendly. We have installed a water disposal silver recovery unit in our plate department to prevent contamination of our local waters. We continue to strive for further ideas that may be incorporated into our manufacturing processes and that will allow us to better protect our environment.

Central Forms Supply also encourages our suppliers to address these issues as well, with our staff working closely with our paper suppliers in the development of their recycled paper product lines. For our customers, we now offer a complete range of recycled papers that are compatible with business forms use. The suppliers of these items manufacture paper products that have met the high standards set by the Government of Canada to qualify for the ECO logo.
